June 10, 1991
7:03 p .m. Meeting called to order by Linda . Present : Linda ,
Pat , Liz , Ann, Steve Hammons, and Joan
1 . Minutes read and approved Linda/Pat
Briefly discussed the cleaning bills. Eagle City Council
will pay all cleaning bills. Front storm door still broken.
Weeds in the back will be sprayed by Bob Lyons.
2. Bills and payroll .
The board decided who will pay the submitted bills.
Discussed the service contract on the copy machine since the
machine recently needed repair . In order to get a service
contract we would have to pay another service call , approximately
$200 to upgrade the machine, plus the cost of the service
contract . We discussed the cost of each copy and who should pay
for the service call . This bill from Finch-Brown will be
submitted to the city.
The bill from Caldwell will be submitted at the July
meeting .
Approved and signed .
3. Ann submitted the May statistics.

5. Steve Hammons clarified what the city will pay for this
fiscal year
Eagle Fun Days were fun, but no statistics are available
yet . The coffee needs to be started at midnight next year .
The reciprocal agreement with Meridian has been finalized .
6. We need to begin thinking of moving bids. We talked of ways
to do the move. Liz suggested that service clubs from Centennial
High School could be asked to help us move. Our goal is to move
on a weekend Sao service is not curtailed .
We discussed how the move will affect our relationship with
the BPL contract . What will happen if we need more help? How
will unforseen problems and expenses be handled?
Steve Hammons suggested that we write a year-long contract
with the BPL that contains options to reopen the contract as
needed .
7. Joan Hill said that the Friends will purchase a new phone
and instructed Ann to begin shopping .
We must be thinking of budgets . We will need to make close
notations to account for added income so that our projected
budget more closely reflects actual expenses at the end of each
fiscal period . August 1 is the target date. Steve suggested
that we include numerous line item entries to smooth the budget
process .
