August 7, 1989 Library 7: 00 p.m.
The Eagle Public Library Board meeting was called to order by
President Chris Gaston at 7:00 p.m. . Present were board members:
Susan McColl, Mike Covault and Ann Gallinger, Librarian.
1. Ann presented the Librarian's report:
a) ACFLD circulation was 45% for the month of July.
b) 34 new library cards were issued.
c) Bills totalling $3,941. 08 were approved,
MSC Susan, Chris.
2. The board reviewed Dian Hoffpauir's proposal of Eagle buying
services from ACFLD. Our conclusion was to trade services for
services in 1990 by supporting district patrons in exchange
for ACFLD books on rotation, computer hook up, and a library
aide to be provided by ACFLD. We would keep Ann on the Eagle
City payroll.
