June 12, 1989 Library 7:00 P.M.
The Eagle Public Library Board meeting was called to order by
President Chris Gaston at 7:00 P.M. Present were Board members: Susan
McColl, Mike Covault, Linda Phillips and Ann Gallinger, Librarian.
1. The Minutes of the May 7, 1989 meeting were approved as
written, MSC Susan/Linda.
2. Ann presented the Librarian's report:
a. Bills totaling $3,918.45 were approved, MSC Susan/Linda
b. 63 new cards were issued.
c. ACFLD circulation has increased to 56%.
3. Plans were discussed on how best to approach securing ACFLD
financial support for 1990. Chris and Ann will attend the
June 28, 1989 ACFLD Board Meeting and review several proposals.
4. A date of June 19, 1989 was set for the Library Budget Committee
to convene: to work up a preliminary budget.
5. Alternate Eagle Library Funding
The Eagle Fun Days Breakfast--$977.00 before expenses.
This will be split with the Chamber of Commerce
