LIBRARY BOARD MINUTES
January 7, 1981 12 : 30 P.M.
The Eagle Public Library Board held their regular meeting
January 7 , 1981 at 12 : 30 P.M. In the absence of President
McColl, the meeting was called to order by Jeanne COVAULT.
Answering roll call were ABBOTT, BOTHWELL and YUCIS . Minutes
of the last meeting were read and approved as submitted.
LIBRARIAN' S REPORT:
Statistics and 1st quarter revenues were reviewed. Ann
reported no bills. Donations of books have been larger
than usual. Excess titles will be exchanged with other
libraries in the region.
EAGLE FUN DAYS :
Donna volunteered to represent the library board on the city
committee for Fun Days. After some discussion on publicity
for the library, Glida volunteered to write articles for the
Valley News.
GRANTS COMMITTEE:
Report tabled until next month.
OTHER BUSINESS :
Glida reported on the region cook book progress. Ann listed
the 12 magazines received in the library.
Meeting adjourned at 1 : 20 P.M. The next meeting will be on
February 4 , 1981 at 12 : 30 P.M.
