LIBRARY BOARD MEETING
6 : 30 P. M. January 2, l9-7-9---
The regular meeting of the Eagle Public Library Board
was called to order on January 2, 1980, at 6 : 30 P. M. by
President Jeanne Covault. ABBOTT, BOTHWELL, YUCAS were
present. McCOLL was excused. The minutes of December 5,
1980 meeting were approved as submitted.
LIBRARIAN' S REPORT
Bills were presented and approved. Monthly statistics
were reviewed.
Mary Lesser of Boise Public Library Friends Group
will attend February 6 board meeting relative to discussing
the organization of a friends group.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
BOTHWELL appointed to organizing a Junior Friends of
the Library.
BOTHWELL appointed to schedule the Idaho Cultural
Heritage slide/tape program in the community.
ABBOTT reported that letters have been sent to various
companies in the area requesting aid with regard to the pur-
chase of a 16mm projector for the library.
COVAULT and YUCAS reported that work is continuing on
the file of community organizations.
WILLES is planning a workshop demonstrating Mexican
food cooking.
BOTHWELL inquired about requesting A-V kits from Boise
Public Library for use in elementary schools .
