The regular meeting of the Eagle Library Beerd Of Trustees
was called to order June 6, 1979, at 6:30 P. M. , by President
Gl.ida Bothwell. ABBOYT, COVAULT, YUCAS, and prospective board
meter SUSAN McCOLL were p:ze6aent. The minutea of the May 2, 3.979,
meeting were approved as submitted.
LIBRARIANS REPORT
Statistics were noted. Bills awing were approved. Members

Story Sour will be held. June 12 through August 14, lO t 3O
A. M. to 11:15 A. Y., on Tuesday mornings.
The library raised $1.23.10 at the Eagle Western mays acti-
vities. This money will be used towards a matching funds grant
front S IRLS . The l.ibr a;:y board plasis to raise money on a. yearly
basis at the Eagle Western Days Function. A report will be
�-filed outlining procedures used in. 1979 function.
The library board agreed to librarian changing to a part-
time basis for a trial period of the month of Jane.
ABBOTT moved and CO'VAUL°T' seconded that Susan McColl replace
Maureen Reston whose term .i.s trustee expires August 31, 1979.
Recommendation will be sent to city council for approval.
