these subdivisions be annexted into the ,City of Eagle and
Aoned R- 50 'red Arnold seconded the mo'tion 0
A public hearing 'i..;as held on o. rezone application submitted
by H. L, and Bernice Bevington for a parcel of ground
containing approxima-tely 7 acres and located ,next to
Eagle Hills Golf Course. The rezone request is to change the
zoning from Agriculture to R-5. LeRoy Pearman moved to table
this application for 15 days and asked Mru Cosho to investigate
the legali~y o~ rezones without a completed comprehensive
plan4 Brad Herrick seconded the motiono
A public hearing ..."as held on the budget for 1977 in the amount
of $34, 424 ~ OG 0 LeRoy Pearman moved to adopt. the budget as
printed for January 1, 1977 to Septa~er 30, 1977. Fred Lowe
seconded the motion.
An application from Mrs. Ward to use an A-Frame building
on her property as a residence was ,referred to the council.
Fred Lowe moved that this building be used as storage
only. Brad Herrick seconded the motion~
Brad Herrick mov~;c1 that the Ci tyof Eagle jOin the i1~da
Planning Association for 1977 for $50.00. Fred Lowe seconded
the motion. LeRoy Pearman voted againstu t1otion carried.

to Ceta I for a library assistant. 'l'ed i"...xnolc1 seconded the

for Ceta VI funding to hire two laborers for a period of ~
six mon"ths. Fred Lot>le seconded the mot.ion G
