The Eagle Libra~ Board was called to order qy Chairperson Donna Abbott
at 7:35 p. M. on September 16, 1976. Mrs. Anderson and Ted Arnold were
absent .
The minutes of the August 12, 1976 meeting were approved with the exception
of papargraph six, sentence one, which Should read: The Librar-r Board meetings
will be held at night.
The Chairperson of the Eagle Librar-r Board is to initial the librar-r's
bills before they go to the City Council. Betty Morris made the motion and
RCMena Parks seconded it.
The Librar-r Board will present the budget as drawn to the City Council.
Betty Morris made the motion that a two mill levy be levied in the
Librar-r's name and then hate the City Council make up the difference
between the revenue of the mill levy and the amount of the budgeto Karen
Schlag seconded it and it was passed.
