MINUTE ENTRY
The Eagle Public Library District, a public corporation,
held a special meeting on the day of , 1974,
whereat the following directorswere present: Norval .Ostroot,
Ruth Ostroot, Betty Morris and Mrs. Charles Lang.
The Chairman of the Board, Norval Ostroot, announced
that the Library District had successfully petitioned to
turn over its assets to the City of Eagle, Idaho, and thus
terminate the business of the corporation, pursuant to
resolutions heretofore adopted.
Whereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously
carried, the Board authorized and directed Norva1 Ostroot,
the President, and Ruth Ostroot, the Secretary, to execute
and deliver a Warranty Deed covering the real property owned
by the corporation to the City of Eagle, Idaho, a municipal
corporation, as the act and deed of the corporation.
