1. CALL TC) ORDER: Chairman Culton calls the meeting; to order at 5:34 p.m.

Nothing new to report. Chairman Culton had provided contact irilormation to the property owner but no
new progress has been made.

Dunn is will be providing a template to the Commissioners for (lie sign layout and gives pointers on
pertinent information to include on the signage. She makes herself available to assist Should the
Commissioners require dates cur any pertinent information.

Commissioner Nickel will work with the Communication Specialist to distribute a news release oil tile
Guest Speaker in May.
1). Museum Curator's Report & CLG Questionnaire
Dunn: There is nothing new to report on the C1.,G questionnaire, ']'Ile museum lovas hired a part --time;
curator, Pan 1,,elch, Discusses current projects and timelines.
Cultou moves to approve the expense of the creation of five binders at the estimated cost of
S47/each for the Commissions use for reference materials. Seconded by Davina. ALL
AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
E. Preservation Month
1. Walking TOUT Brochures

I FY16/17 Budget request discussion:
DiSCLISSiOu on priorities and activities the Commission would like to approach next year. Continuing
projects Would be: the walking tour brochures, Pursuing, another windshield survey or assisting in tile

Nickel moves to schedule a special meeting to discuss strategic planning and budget request for

Commissioner Pence gives a briel'Update on the meeting. There is another meeting scheduled for May
25"" at 4:00 p.m. Dunn reviews the goat of the advisory committee and the timeline to achieve those
