November 19, 2015 5:30 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Colton calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: STAFFORD and CULTON. Absent: NICKEL
4A. Minutes of October 14.2015.
Stafford moves to approve the October 14, 2015 minutes. Seconded by Culton. ALL AYES:
MOTION CARRIES .................
3. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. Grants, Signs and Plaques. General discussion on applying for a grant for plaques.
B. Quarterly Speakers Program. No discussion.
C. Subcommittee Updates. No discussion.
1. Pioneer Section of Dry Creek Cemetery. General discussion. Stafford will contact Pete L'Orange
with SHIPO after the first of the year to discuss this project.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Minutes of October 14, 2015. Approved by previous motion.
B. General Discussion of Upcoming projects, events. Discussion on the results of the Barn Survey and
doing an on the ground survey of the three properties in order to move forward to get them on the
National Registration. Stafford will discuss this project with Pete L'Orange when she meets with him
after the first of the year.
C. CLG Grant Questionnaire. General discussion. Stafford filled out the survey form on -line and sent it
to Pete L'Orange. Culton will fill out the survey on -line and send it to Pete.
5. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business
Culton moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Stafford. ALL AYES: MOTION
CARRIED ...............................
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
