April 9, 2014
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Thomason at 5:30
Roll Call: Thomason, Kelch, Scott, Nickel, Bearden. Absent: Fallow &Stafford
Unfinished Business: Nickel reported on the "Bronco Billy Project:
1. That he went before the council to Proclaim the day "Bronco Billy Day"for the movie
showing.
2. The letter that was created by Chairman Thomason for the mayor to sign inviting Clint
Eastwood have been signed and mailed.
3. Nickel planned to re-create photos from Orville's and Shady Acres.
4. Nickel stated that he planned to have a slide show while talking about the film to the
public.
5. Nickel and Kelch worked together on the poster for the movie.
6. Nickel stated that Evans was going to co-sponsor by providing popcorn and also
advertising Bronco Billy on their reader sign.
7. Nickel asked that the Commissioners arrive by 5:30 to help with possible set up.
8. Thomason agreed to email Stafford reminding her to contact the schools.
New Business:
There was nothing new to report on either the Rooster or Grant project by Scott this month.
Meeting was adjourned with all very excited about our Bronco Billy movie showing.
