Minutes of April 10, 2013
Call to order: 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Thomason, Fallow, Kelch, Scott, Stafford, Nickel are present, Bearden
absent.
Before the meeting was formally opened we met Jason Pierce the newest
member of the city council, he wanted to introduce himself to us and offer any
assistance.
Approval of Minutes: No changes were made, minutes approved and seconded
by Nickel and Kelch.
Grant applications update: Fallow reported that she approved all 4 signs today.
Those are for the Fisher house, Rembrants, Museum, and 2nd ave Church of the
Nazarene. The signs need to be up and installed by the end of May by Mark Baltic.s
Discussion was had about the unveiling of the Fisher sign, it was decided by the
majority that it would be put off until July.
Eagle has its own municipal registry reported by Kelch.
Miscellaneous: Quarterly speakers program was discussed. It was decided that
we needed to work on more advertising to promote attendance. Stafford
volunteered to take on the task. Thomason stated that there was a date change
for the next program of May 22nd. Thomason stated that we should give Mary
of the Eagle paper a press release by the 15th of the month to list our program.
Thomason stated that he would invite Sbbry Sharp to participate with Ron
Marshall.

Nickel talked about getting more people involved with our programs and
attending our speakers program. He talked about the possibility of getting some
students from Eagle High
