UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Approval of Minutes: Jason Pierce moved that "Approval of Amendments to Meeting of
November 12, 2008," be added to the Agenda as Item B. Betty Fisher seconded the
motion. The motion passed. Jason Pierce then called for a motion to approve the
minutes of November 12,2008. Betty Fisher questioned the figure of 600 visitors to the
Museum, as reported in those minutes. Ms. Baker explained that meant that as of
November, the Museum had had 600 more visitors than for the same period in 2007. Ms.
Baker also said that the notes regarding the Arthur Hart book signing should read that it
was held in the afternoon rather than the evening. The corrections being noted, Nancy
Suiter moved the minutes be accepted as corrected. Betty Fisher seconded the motion
which passed. Jason Pierce then requested a motion to approve the Amendment to the
meeting of November 12, 2008. Commission member, Shari Sharp, objected to
paragraph 2 of the Amendment to the Minutes of November 13,2008. Discussion
followed. Ms. Sharp then moved the paragraph be struck from all copies of the minutes.
Betty Fisher seconded the motion. The majority having voted in favor, the motion
passed.

exhibit. Ron Marshall is contributing materials relative to reunions of the school's
