The only expenditures for which receipts were presented were for additional keys made
for the museum doors by Betty Fisher; Weldon moved that they be approved for
reimbursement, Diane seconded the motion and it passed.

The budget for the museum for FY 05/06 was discussed. Betty moved to approve it,
seconded by Weldon, and approved.
An OpenIHours sign for in front of the museum was discussed. Weldon would like to
have a blackboard-type of sign, Diane prefers that a professional sign be ordered. The
issue was tabled until the next meeting.
Diane reported that she hoped that the reception desk would be ready by Friday, but there
is no news on it.
The application for a CLG grant for FY 05/06 was discussed: Diane made a motion to
apply for a grant to identify historic properties in the Eagle area, and for training for 4
people in August 2006. Betty seconded the motion, and it was approved.
Diane asked the group for ideas about programs for the remainder of 2005, she would
like to have something happening at the museum each month. For example, she would
like to have an old car show in October, the Eagle Holiday Bazaar is in November,
maybe have a Christmas-themed walking tour in December, and some type of lunch &
lectures at the museum in January, February, and March. No action was taken.
....
Diane reported that she we did not get the grant for a Walking Tour, however she is
gathering information to do a Historic Walking Tour of Eagle anyway.
