THE EAGLE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF:
November 6, 2002
The Register of Historic Sites was discussed, and the group plans to finish it at our next meeting.
Diane Scott will put together a 3-ring binder of all sites and their photographs.
The museum storage room cabinets are to be delivered on Friday (November 8Ih), built and installed
by Correctional Industries.
The mural from the old library was discussed. Diane Scott moved that we save the portion with Bmbi
and Snow White, and paint the rest to make that area use able as a display, motion seconded by Lois
Kunkler and passed.
Geneva Trent and Weldon Fisher agreed to be re-appointed to the Commission.
Invitations to the City of Eagle Christmas Party were noted and all who can will attend.
It was also noted that a Museum work day will be on Friday afternoon, December 6th and on
Saturday, December 7th to organize the storeroom.
Diane Scott will investigate plastic bags for packaging the Gazebo at Heritage Park Christmas Cards
for sale.
Interested members are invited to tour the Cambridge Museum on November 20th; we will meet at
the museum at 9:30 a.m. to drive to Cambridge.
