THE EAGLE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF:
August 15, 2001
Meeting was called to order by secretary Geneva Trent.
Commission members in attendance were Geneva Trent, Maggie Jeters, and Lois Kunkler.
Lois Kunkler moved to approve the minutes of August 16, 2000. Seconded by Geneva Trent, passed
unanimously.
A Letter of Nomination of Theresa Steach for the vacancy on the Commission was signed and
delivered to the City.
A letter to the City Council about our review ofthe city's Design Review Guidelines was signed and
delivered to the City.
The Commission discussed preparation of a Register of Historic Sites in Eagle; Lois Kunkler had
not obtained any more information so that item will be put on the agenda for the next meeting.
It was noted that the next meeting would be on October 17, however that would conflict with the
planned Grand Opening of the Museum. The next meeting will be October 24 instead.
Meeting adjourned.
