MINUTES FROM THE MEETING ON Oct.9.1997
The seventh meeting of the Eagle Preservation Commission began at 3:45p.m.
Minutes were approved by Betty Miller and Geneva Trent.
Attending today's meeting were Linda McCloskey, Geneva Trent, Audrey Plott, Margie
Plott, and Betty Miller.
Fire Dept Open House will be on Oct. 11th.
We decided we would make a list of all the articles that we have collected.
We also decided we would organize them by using index cards.
Next meeting we would go through storage.
The next meeting was set for Nov.1, 1997 at 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m. (Saturday)
The meeting was adjourned at 4:42p.m.
