THE EAGLE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
MINUTES FROM THE MEETING ON Sept.20.1997
The sixth meeting of the Eagle Preservation Commission began at 10:02a.m.
Attending today's meeting were Linda McCloskey" Audrey Plott, Geneva Trent, Margie
Plott, Nancy Merrill, Frank Thomason and guest speaker Lila Hill.
The minutes from the meeting of August 27,1997 was approved.
Lila Hill gave valuable suggestions as to the organization of the Historical Commission.
It was put to a motion by Geneva Trent that Nancy' Merrill will present a letter from Ada
County Historical Society to the Eagle City Counsel; proposing to do an archeological
study of Eagle. Margie Plott seconded the motion.
Geneva Trent gave an update about the Sept 17,1997 interviews with volunteers from the
Eagle Fire Dept.
The next meeting was scheduled to be on Oct 9, 1 ~J97 at 3:30p.m. at the City Hall.
The meeting was adjourned at 11 :45a_m_
