A. Review handouts and presentation materials for May Open House regarding
proposed Historic District. This item was continued from the April 11, 2018 meeting.
B. Status update on plaques language: This item was continued from the April 11, 2018
meeting.
C. Historic Preservation Commission brochure: Update and action request. (TEO) This
item was continued from the April 11, 2018 meeting.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discussion and possible action regarding the establishment of a sub-committee.
1.) Clearly identify the task(s) of the subcommittee and that the subcommittee will be
dissolved upon final report to the Historic Preservation Commission.
2.) Identify members of the subcommittee.
3.) Establish deadline to report back to the Commission;
6 PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Historic Preservation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the Commission regarding any matter, up
to and including any subject on the agenda. Out of courtesy for all who wish to speak, the
Commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
