A. Motion clarifying proposed historic district boundaries and what criteria was used to
identify the same.
B. Review and approve survey language for proposed Historic District
C. Review and approve postcard language for May Open House.
1. Confirm mailing geographic area for postcards.
D. Review and approve final HPC brochure language prior to printing
1. Specify quantity to be printed.
2. Specify locations to be placed.
E. Discussion regarding Eagle Urban Renewal Agency.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discussion and establishment of short term and long-term goals.
1. Adoption of action plan for the same.
