*C. Selection of Historian to conduct Windshield Survey of Barns in Eagle & Eagle’s
impact area: The Commission will select a historian from those submitted in response
to the request for proposals for the windshield survey. This recommendation will be
forwarded to the City Council for final approval of a service agreement. No work shall
begin prior to an agreement being signed and grant funds being secured from Idaho State
Historic Preservation Office.
