Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law for A-02-17/RZ-05-17/CU-12-17/PPUD-06-17/PP-06-17 – Brookway Subdivision – Trilogy Idaho: Trilogy Idaho, represented by Kent Brown, is requesting an annexation, rezone from RUT (Residential-Urban Transition – Ada County designation) to R-2-DA-P (Residential with a development agreement – PUD), conditional use permit, preliminary development plan, and preliminary plat approvals for Brookway Subdivision, a 122-lot (105-buildable, 17-common) residential planned unit development. The 61.34-acre site is generally located on the west side of North Lanewood Road, approximately 1/2–mile north of the intersection of North Lanewood Road and West Floating Feather Road. C. Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law for PP/FP-03-17 – Piccadilly Village Subdivision No. 2 – Old Town I, LLC: Old Town I, LLC, represented by Mark L. Butler, is requesting combined preliminary/final plat approval for Piccadilly Village Subdivision No. 2, a 3-lot commercial subdivision (re-subdivision Lot 14, Block 1, Piccadilly Village Subdivision). The 1.75-acre site is located at the southeast corner of North Echohawk Lane and East Hill Road at 220 South Echohawk Lane. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE 5. RZ-06-17 & PP-07-17 – Senora Creek Subdivision No. 4 – Michael Stephenson: Michael Stephenson, represented by Matt Schultz, is requesting a rezone with a development agreement from R- E (Residential-Estates) to R-3-DA (Residential with a development agreement) and preliminary plat approval for Senora Creek Subdivision No. 4, a 9-lot (6 residential, 3 common) residential subdivision. The 2.64-acre site is located on the west side of North Park Lane, approximately 1,025-feet south of the intersection of North Park Lane and West Floating Feather Road at 889 North Park Lane. B. A-03-17 & RZ-07-17 – Annexation and Rezone from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition – Ada County Designation) to R-E-DA (Residential-Estates with a Development Agreement) – Ryan Wilhite: Ryan Wilhite, represented by Marks Land Surveying, Inc., is requesting approval of an annexation with rezone with a development agreement from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition – Ada County Designation) to R-E-DA (Residential-Estates with a development agreement). The 5-acre site is located on the south side of West Beacon Light Road approximately 600-feet east of North Ballantyne Lane at 1825 West Beacon Light Road.
