Findings of Fact & Conclusions of Law for CU-10-17 – Hotel Use and Height Exception – Eagle River Hotel II, LLC: Eagle River Hotel II, LLC, represented by Tamara Thompson with The Land Group, Inc., is requesting conditional use permit approval for a four (4) story hotel including a height exception to 59-feet. The 2.86-acre site is located on Lots 14-16, Block 3, Mixed Use Subdivision No. 5, on the north side of East Riverside Drive on the northwest corner of East Riverside Drive and South Palmetto Drive. 4.
