Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.  Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise. A-06-16 & RZ-10-16 – Annexation and Rezone from RUT (Ada County Designation) to PS (Public/Semipublic_ - City of Eagle: The City of Eagle is requesting approval of an annexation and rezone from RUT (Rural-Urban Transition – Ada County designation) to PS (Public/Semipublic) for an approximately 40.5-acre site located along the north channel of the Boise River approximately ¼-mile east of Eagle Road extending eastward approximately 1- mile. Upon incorporation into the Eagle City limits hunting via the discharge of a firearm on the identified property will be prohibited. No development plans are proposed with this application. 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. VAC-02-16 – Vacation to the final plat of Colony II Subdivision – Stan Ray: Stan Ray, represented by Nick Drzayich with Highland Homes, LLC, is requesting a vacation of a drainage and irrigation easement from Lot 2, Block 4, within Colony II Subdivision.
