The 80.02-acre site is generally located on the north side of West Chinden Boulevard (Highway 20-26) approximately 340-feet west of the intersection of North Fox Run Avenue and West Chinden Boulevard (Highway 20-26) at 990 West Chinden Boulevard (Highway 20-26).
