The 27.38-acre site is generally located on the southwest corner of Ballantyne Lane and West Floating Feather Road. . PP/FP-02-12 – J Combined Preliminary and Final Plat for the Ranch at G and G’s B Subdivision - Judith Jones: Judith Jones represented by Sabrina Durtschi with Briggs Engineering is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat approvals for the Ranch at G and G’s Subdivision (a re-subdivision of Lot 10, Block 1 of Bogus Ridge Subdivision) a two (2) lot residential subdivision. The 7.24-acre site is generally located on the south side of East Beacon Light Road approximately 1,275-feet west of the intersection of East Beacon Light Road and State Highway 55 at 2427 East Beacon Light Road.
