Eagle Island Crossing, LLC,
represented by Eric Anderson with A L Collaborative, is requesting approval of a rezone from
A-R (Agricultural-Residential – up to one (1) unit per five (5) acres) to MU-DA (Mixed Use
with a development agreement). The 5.5-acre site is located on the south side of West Flint Drive
approximately 870-feet east of the intersection of North Park Lane and West Flint Drive at 3605
West Flint Drive.
