removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence
determined by the Rules of Order.
Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle
shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval

And Providing An Effective Date.

CU-01-12 Bank Facility with Drive Up Service Idaho Central Credit Union:
B. Idaho
Central Credit Union, represented by LCA Architects, P.A., is requesting conditional use permit
approval for a bank with drive up service. The 30,448-square foot site is generally located at the
northwest corner of East State Street and North Palmetto Avenue (Lot 1, Block 1, Aquila Village
Subdivision) at 768 East State Street.
