Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will
be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member of City
Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items
removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence
determined by the Rules of Order.
Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle
shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval
motion unless specifically stated otherwise.

Development Agreement Springhaven Subdivision – Matthew Smith:
Matthew Smith is
requesting modifications to the development agreement (Instrument #109109347) associated
with the R-E-DA (Residential-Estates with a development agreement) zoning classification for
Springhaven Subdivision. The 14.07-acre site is generally located on the south side of East
Beacon Light Road approximately 1,984 feet east of the intersection of North Eagle Road and
East Beacon Light Road at 671 East Beacon Light Road.

Scott Stanfield, with Mason
& Stanfield, Inc., is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat and waiver approvals for
Springhaven Subdivision, a two (2) lot residential subdivision. The 14.07-acre site is generally
located on the south side of East Beacon Light Road approximately 1,984 feet east of the
intersection of North Eagle Road and East Beacon Light Road, at 671 East Beacon Light Road.

VAC-01-11 - Vacation to the final plat of Eaglefield Estates Subdivision No. 1 – Coleman
A.
Homes, LLC:
Coleman Homes, LLC, represented by Becky McKay with Engineering Solutions,
LLP, is requesting City approval of a vacation to the final plat of Eaglefield Estates Subdivision No.
1 to remove the utility, drainage and irrigation easement along the common side lot line of Lots 6-7
and 7-8, Block 1, to satisfy a lot line adjustment. The utility, drainage and irrigation easement
required for the side lot line will be satisfied with the creation of a new easement along the new
common side lot line. The site is located on the south side of West Lockner Street at 5085, 5113,
and 5139 West Lockner Street.
