Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will
be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member of City
Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items
removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence
determined by the Rules of Order.
Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle
shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval
motion unless specifically stated otherwise.

Coleman Homes LLC, represented by Becky McKay with Engineering
Solutions, LLP, is requesting a vacation of shared access/common driveway easements and
utility easements contained within Lots 3-13, Block 1; Lots 2-5, Block 2; Lots 1-4, 6-9, 18-21,
and 23-26, Block 6, of Eaglefield Estates Subdivision No. 1. The 1.01-acre residential
subdivision is located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately 650-feet west of
Linder Road.

- Coleman Homes, LLC, represented by Becky McKay with
Engineering Solutions, LLP, is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat approval for
Eaglefield Estates Subdivision No. 2 (a re-subdivision of Lots 2-5, Block 2 of Eaglefield Estates
Subdivision No. 1). The 1.01-acre subdivision will consist of six (6) single-family residential
lots. The site is located south of W. Escalante Drive between N. Baxter Way and N. Vandries
Way at 318 N. Vandries Way, 354 N. Vandries Way, 5070 W. Lockner Street, and 357 N.
Baxter Way.
