with YP, LLC, is requesting approval of a rezone from PS (Public/Semipublic) to R-1
(Residential up to one (1) unit per acre). The O.87-acre (37,897 square foot) site is
generally located at the northeast comer of the intersection of East Hill Road and Dicky
Drive.
