Wald, represented by Larry Koerner with ALS Land Surveying & Civil Engineering, are requesting a rezone from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) to R-E-DA (Residential-Estates with a development agreement) and a combined preliminary plat and final plat approval for Dry Creek Estates Subdivision a two (2) lot residential subdivision. The .l6-acre site is located on the southeast comer of East State Street and East Plaza Drive in Merrill Subdivision No.2, at 1125 East State Street. 4. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. RZ-02-08 - Rezone from R-4 to CBD-DA - Jason and Victoria Ritchie: Jason and Victoria Ritchie are requesting approval of a rezone from R-4 (Residential up to four dwelling units per acre) to CBD-DA (Central Business Pistrict with a development agreement) to allow for a future retail commercial use.
