Partnership, represented by Michael Hormaechea, is requesting approval of an annexation of372-acres and rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition-Ada County Designation) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with a development agreement) for 100-acres, R-4-DA (Residential up to 4 units per acre maximum with a development agreement) for 140-acres, and R-2-DA (Residential up to 2 units per acre maximum with a development agreement) for 132-acres.
