The proposed 5.70 acre residential subdivision will consist of 12 lots (8-buildable, 4-common). The playing field and associated parking area is proposed solely for use by high school age lacrosse players as a practice facility. PP-07-07 - Preliminarv Plat for Brutsman Subdivision - Donna Weston: Donna Weston, represented by Craig McCullough with Doumecq Development, is requesting preliminary plat approval for Brutsman Subdivision.
