LLC: Jakobson Development, LLC, represented by John Wood, is requesting rezone from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with a Development Agreement) and preliminary plat approval for Symphony Square Subdivision, a 24 lot (19-residential and 5-common) residential subdivision.
