Use - The LandinI!: Communitv Center: The Landing Community Center, represented by Russ Phillips with Insight Architects, is requesting conditional use permit approval to install a 1440-square foot mobile office for The Landing Community Center and to allow the site to remain nonconforming with the provisions of Title 8 Chapter 2A. Dave Evans, represented by Jay Hovde with Toothman-Orton Engineering Company, is requesting approval of a vacation to the final plat of Merrill Subdivision No.5 to remove a portion of the plat note providing for a blanket ingress/egress easement on Lot 4, Block I.
