Findinl!:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for RZ-08-05 MOD - Modification to the Development Al!:reement associated with the Rezone from RUT to PS-DA: The Eagle Sewer District, represented by Lynn Moser, is requesting a modification to the development agreement associated with the rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to PS-DA Public/Semipublic. The modification is a request for a one year extension of time for the completion ofa portion of the required landscaping as noted in condition 2.7. The 4.7-acre site is located approximately 430-feet west of South Grandean Way at 947 West State Street. G. Findinl!:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for A-I0-06/RZ-12-06/CU-04-06/PPUD-02- 06/PP-12-06 - Eal!:lefield Estates II Planned Unit Development - Eal!:lefield. PP/FP -01-06 - Combined Preliminarv & Final Plat for Golf Pond Subdivision - Trov Cooper: Troy Cooper is requesting combined preliminary plat and final plat approval for Golf Pond Subdivision, a 2-lot residential subdivision. The 0.50-acre site is located at 600 N. Edgewood Lane at the intersection ofN. Eagle Hills Way and N. Edgewood Lane. C. RZ-18-05 & PP-13-05 - Rezone from A-R to MU-DA & Preliminarv Plat for Resler Subdivision - State/Park. LLC.: State/Park, LLC, represented by Bryan Martin, P. E. with Toothman Orton Engineering Company, is requesting a rezone from A-R (Agricultural- Residential) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with development agreement) and preliminary plat approval for Resler Subdivision. The 1l.25-acre, 16-lot commercial subdivision is located on the northeast corner of West State Street and Park Lane at 3950 West State Street (Lots I, 4, and 9, Block 2 Amended Plat of Flint Estates).
