A. Minutes of October 3, 2005. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. RZ-17-05 - Rezone from R-3 to R-4 - Gemstar Development. LLC: Gemstar Development, LLC, represented by Shawn Nickel with SLN Planning, Inc., is requesting rezone from R-3 (Residential three units per acre) to R-4 (Residential four units per acre). The 6.92-acre site is located on the south side of East Hill Road approximately I, lOO-feet west of State Highway 55 at 2511 East Hill Road. Staff is requesting this item be continued to the November 7, 2005 meeting. B. PP-12-05 - Gladstone Subdivision - Gemstar Development. LLC: Gemstar Development, LLC, represented by Shawn Nickel with SLN Planning, Inc., is requesting preliminary plat approval for Gladstone Subdivision. The 6.92-acre, 23 lot subdivision (17 buildable, 6 common) site is located on the south side of East Hill Road approximately 1,IOO-feet west of State Highway 55 at 2511 East Hill Road. Staff is requesting this item be continued to the November 7, 2005 meeting. 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. V AC-04-05 - Vacation of access easement for access Lot 8 and Lot 6. Block 3. in Merrill Subdivision No.2. - Rockv III. LLC: Rocky III, LLC, represented by Tim Mokwa, with Toothman-Orton Engineering Company, is requesting approval of a vacation to vacate the existing access easement for access Lot 8 and Lot 6, Block 3, in Merrill Subdivision No.2.
