ZOA-I-04 - The City of Eagle is proposing to amend Eagle City Code Title 9 "Land Subdivisions", Chapter 1 "General Subdivision Provisions", Section 6 "Rules and Definitions", and Title 9 "Land Subdivisions", Chapter 4 "Required Improvements", Section 1 "Improvements Required", Article 10 "Storm Drainage, Flood Controls", amending the code with a supplemental document to modify the design and installation standards for new drainage systems within the city limits (This item was tabled March 1, 2004) 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. A-I-04IRZ-I-04IPP-I-04 - Tan erose Subdivision - Geor e Crandlemire: George Crandlemire, represented by Tealeys Land Surveying, is requesting an annexation and rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transition) to R-E (Residential- Estates - up to one dwelling unit per two acres), and preliminary plat approval for Tanglerose Subdivision, a 13-lot (II-buildable, 2-common) residential subdivision. The 24.1O-acre development is located south of Beacon Light Road, approximately 1500 feet west of N. Eagle Road (Staff requests this item be continued to a date to be detennined by the Commission) B.
