LLC: NJN, LLC, represented by Land Consultants Inc., is requesting a conditional use permit, preliminary development plan and preliminary plat approvals for Saybrook Village Subdivision, a residential/commercial planned unit development. The I9.5S-acre development consists of a I6-lot (S-residential, 5- commercial, 2-common I-church) subdivision.
