ZOA -2-02 - The City of Eaele: The City of Eagle is proposing to amend Eagle City Code Title 9 "Subdivisions", Chapter 4 "Required Improvements", Section 1-6 "Pedestrian/Bicycle Pathway and Sidewalk Regulations" amending the code to require sidewalks to be separated from the edge of the abutting roadway and / or back of curb by a minimum 5 (5') foot wide landscape strip and require that the landscape strips be sodded, irrigated, and planted with 3-inch minimum caliper shade-class trees along all streets within new residential subdivisions. CU-02-02 -Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a public parkin2 lot - City of Ea2le: The City of Eagle is requesting conditional use approval for the construction of a public parking lot.
