Annexation for Eaele Family Worship Church - Eaele Family Worship: Eagle
Family Worship, represented by Land Consultants Inc., is requesting an annexation
and rezone from RUT (Rural Urban Transitional) to R-E (Residential Estates - 1
dwelling unit per two acres). The site is located on the northeast corner of Floating
Feather Road and Park Lane at 3838 Floating Feather Road.
C. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for CU-I-O2 - Conditional Use Permit
for Ea21e Family Worship Churcþ - Eaele Family Worship: Eagle Family
Worship, represented by Land Consultants Inc., is requesting conditional use
approval for a church and a height exception to allow a 50-foot high cross. The site
is located on the northeast corner of Floating Feather Road and Park Lane at 3838
Floating Feather Road.
D. Findin2s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for RZ-8-00 MOD - Rezone and
Development A2reement Modification - Mercy Housin2 Idaho: Mercy Housing
Idaho, represented by Glancey-Rockwell & Associates, is requesting a change to the
rezone and development agreement previously approved by the City from MU-DA-P
(Mixed Use - with development agreement-PUD) to MU-DA (removal of the PUD)
and a change to the concept site plan within the development agreement. The 70-
unit (69-multi-family, I-single-family), 5.44-acre site is located on the east side of
Eagle Road approximately l,700-feet north of State Street at 544 North Eagle Road.

with Quadrant Consulting, is requesting City approval of a vacation to the final plat
of Merrill Subdivision No.1 and No.2 to remove the utility, drainage and irrigation
easements along the side lot lines of Lots 5, Block 3 (Merrill Subdi vision No.1) and
Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, (Merrill Subdivision No.2) to satisfy multiple lot line
adjustments. The utility, drainage and irrigation easement required for all side lot
lines will be satisfied with the creation of new easements along the side lot lines of
each new lot. The site is located on the south side of East Iron Eagle Drive
approximately 800-feet west of State Street.

Code Title 8, Chapter 1, Section 2, amending the "Open Space" definition and
adding definitions for "Restaurant" and "Roof-Mounted Mechanicals"; amending
Title 8, Chapter 2, Section 3; amending Title 8, Chapter 2a, Section 3; Amending
Title 8, Chapter 2a, Section 5, amending the Design Review Overlay Districts and
Map and creating the East End Dunyon District; amending Title 8, Chapter 2a,
Section 6, Subsection A (5), adding screening requirements for Roof-Mounted
Mechanicals; amending Title 8, Chapter 2a, Section 7, Subsection H, providing for a
surety; amending Title 8, Chapter 2a, Section 10, Subsection B, requiring plans for
screening Roof-Mounted Mechanicals; amending Title 8, Chapter 2a, Section 18,
providing for sureties; amending Title 8, Chapter 3, Section 5, Subsection Q,
changing "Bond" To "Surety"; amending Title 8, Chapter 3, Section 6, Subsection

B. RZ-17-00 - Rezone from A-R to MU-DA - Lloyd Campbell: Lloyd Campbell is
requesting a rezone from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with
Development Agreement). The 1.09-acre site is located west of State Highway 55
approximately ISO-feet south of Beacon Light Road at 12700 Horseshoe Bend Road.
