Ventures: PO Ventures, represented by Robert C. Unger with Hubble Engineering,
is requesting final development plan and final plat approval for Picadilly Village
PUD, a 19-10t (16-residential, 2-commercial, and I-common) subdivision. The 6.87-
acre site is located on the southwest comer of State Highway 55 and Hill Road.

A. CU-IO-Ol- PS-foot hJ2h Personal Wireless Facility - Cricket Communications:
Cricket Communications, represented by Neil Hattenburg with Crown Castle
International, is requesting conditional use approval to install a lIS-foot high
monopole to accommodate a personal wireless facility. The site is generally located
on the southeast comer of Floating Feather Road and North Ballantyne Road within
the ACHD right-of-way (drainage pond) at 1156 North Ballantyne Road. (This item
was continuedfrom the December 3,2001, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting).

A. Bk!3-01 - ~ezone from A to R-l - RADA Properties. LLC: RADA Properties,
represented by Land Consultants, Inc., is requesting a rezone from A (Agricultural) to
R-1 (Residential One - one dwelling unit per acre maximum). The 23.46-acre site is
generally located on the southeast comer of Ballantyne Road and Floating Feather
Road at 1156 Ballantyne Road.
B. !T-12-0~ - Lockwood Subdivision - RADA Properties. LLC: RADA Properties,
LLc., represented by Land Consultants, Inc., is requesting preliminary plat approval

C. A- 7-01 & RZ-12-01 - Annexation and Rezone from RUT to R-l & Rezone from
A-R to R-l- Capital Development: Capital Development, represented by Steve
Arnold with Briggs Engineering Inc., is requesting an annexation and rezone from
RUT (Rural Urban Transitional) to R-1 (Residential- one dwelling unit per acre
maximum) and rezone from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) to R-l (Residential- one
dwelling unit per acre maximum). The 18.68-acre, site is generally located north of
State Highway 44, approximately Y2-mile west of Ballanytne Road at 2800 West
State Street.
D. ~ - Countrysrn.e West Subdivision - Capital Development: Capital
Development, represented by Steve Arnold with Briggs Engineering Inc., is
requesting preliminary plat approval for Countryside West Subdivision. The 18.68-
acre, 21-10t (18-buildable, 3-common) residential subdivision is generally located
north of State Highway 44, approximately 1/2 mile west of Ballanytne Road.

Countryside Estates LLC, represented by Richard Cook with Briggs Engineering, is
requesting final development plan and final plat approval for Countryside Estates
Subdivision No.2, a 38-10t (30-buildable, 8 common) residential subdivision. This
20.20-acre phase of Countryside Estates PUD Subdivision is located near the
northwest comer of Ballantyne Road and State Highway 44 (State Street).
