A. PP-7-01- Addie's Corner Subdivision - Northwest Development LLC:
Northwest Development, LLC, represented by Matt Munger with Hubble
Engineering, is requesting preliminary plat approval for Addie's Comer Subdivision.
The 4.3 I-acre, 20-lot (I6-buildable, 4-common) residential subdivision is generally
located on the southwest comer of Floating Feather Road and Horseshoe Bend Road
at 3065 Floating Feather Road. (This item was continued from the August 20,2001,

Joe Glaysier/Capitol Securities, represented by David Bailey with Hubble
Engineering Inc., is proposing to amend Eagle City Code Section 8-2-4 (Schedule of
Building Height and Lot Area Regulations, Note H), to exempt lots with street side
frontage located within zoning districts A, A-R, R-E and R-I from the required
minimum lO-percent increase in lot area as referenced in Note H. (This item was

B. A-2-01/RZ-5-01 - Annexation and Rezone from RUT to R-E - Pacific Rid2e:
Pacific Ridge, represented by David Bailey with Hubble Engineering Inc., is
requesting a rezone upon annexation from RUT (Rural Urban Transitional) to R-E
(Residential Estates - one dwelling unit per two acres) for Autumncrest Subdivision.
The 39.92-acre, 20-lot (19-buildable) residential subdivision is generally located on
the west side of Ballantyne Road, approximately 1;4 mile south of Beacon Light Road.

subdivision is generally located on the west side of Ballantyne Road, approximately 1;4

F. RZ-14-00 MOD - Development Aereement Modification for - IFI Partners II:
IFI Partners IT, represented by John G. Evans is requesting a modification to the
development agreement previously approved by the City on April 10, 2001 for the site
proposed to be developed as Great Sky Estates No.7 Subdivision. The 2.98-acre site
is generally located on the southwest comer of Hill Road and State Highway 55
approximately 575-feet west of State Highway 55.
G. PP-9-01 - Great Sky Estates Subdivision No.7 - IFI Partners II: IFI Partners ll,
represented by John G. Evans is requesting preliminary plat approval for Great Sky
Estates No.7 Subdivision. The 2.98-acre, ll-lot (5-residential, 4-commercial, 2-
common) subdivision is generally located on the southwest comer of Hill Road and
State Highway 55 approximately 575-feet west of State Highway 55.

requesting City approval to vacate a remnant parcel of public right-of-way purchased
by the Ada County Highway District in conjunction with the street right-of-way for
the Ranch Drive extension west of Eagle Road. The remnant right-of-way parcel
abuts Spring Creek ill PUD (platted as Senior Creek Subdivision) adjacent to the
future extension of Ranch Drive, located on the northwest comer of the intersection of
Eagle Road and Ranch Drive.
