The 6.3-acre site is located on the northeast comer of Park Lane and West State Street at 3950 W. State Street. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. CU-OI-0l - Earlv Childhood Education Center - Alei & Cal Gothber2: Alei & Cal Gothberg, are requesting conditional use approval to provide a specialized individual child care and education facility for pre-school age children.
