Cintorino, is requesting conditional use approval to relocate the existing retail nursery and landscape business. The 6.3-acre site is located on the northeast comer of Park Lane and West State Street at 3950 W. State Street. 4. FINAL PLAT: A. FPUD-4-01- Final Development Plan for Camille Beckman PUD - Foad & Susan Roehani: Camille Beckman, represented by Chris Korte with Land Dynamics, is requesting planned unit development preliminary development plan and conditional use approval for a multi-phased mixed use planned development with uses including manufacturing, production, packaging, and office facilities, English cottage style shops, showrooms, bed and breakfast accommodations, gardens, amphitheater and other similar uses.
