Familv Table: The Family Table represented by Christopher A. Heindel, is
requesting conditional use approval to provide a supervised group home to serve as a
community-based transitional home for local youth. The site is located
approximately 1,4 mile south of East State Street and % mile west of the intersection
of East State Street and Horseshoe Bend Road.
D. Findin2s and Conclusions for CU-18-00 - Ea2le Towne & Country Shoppine
Centre - Eaele Development Associates LLC: Eagle Development Associates
LLC, represented by Jeff Huber, is requesting a conditional use approval for Eagle
Towne & Country Centre. The 44.38-acre, 14-lot commercial subdivision is located
on the north side of State Highway 44 between Highway 55 and Horseshoe Bend
Road, at 3182 East State Street.

Associates LLC, represented by Jeff Huber, is requesting a preliminary plat approval

G. Findin2s and Conclusions for RZ-18-00 - Rezone from R-4 to MU - Brenden
Clements: Brenden Clements, represented by James Gipson, is requesting a rezone
from R-4 (Residential up to four dwelling units per acre) to MU (Mixed Use). The
1.60-acre site is located on the southwest comer of North Eagle Road and Floating
Feather Road at 1177 North Eagle Road.
H. Findin2s and Conclusions for PPUD-8-00/CU-21-00 - Camille Beckman Mixed
Use Planned Unit Development - Susan & Foad Ro2hani: Camille Beckman,
represented by Chris Korte with Land Dynamics, is requesting planned unit
development, preliminary development plan and conditional use approval for a
multi-phased mixed use planned unit development with uses such as manufacturing
and office facilities, gardens, shops, an Art Gallery, Bed & Breakfast and associated
facilities. rhe 33-acre site is located on the south side of State Highway 44 and east
of the intersection with Park Lane.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Zonin2 Ordinance Amendment - ZOA-5-00 - City of Eaele: The City of Eagle is
proposing to amend Eagle City Code Title 9 "Land Subdivisions" to require
completion of roadway asphalt prior to the issuance of building permits, to exempt
street construction from the guarantee of improvement provisions, and to eliminate
negotiable bonds therefrom. (This item was continued from December 18, 2000
Planning & Zoning Meeting)
B. CU-22-00 - Bank Facilitv With Drive-up Service - Kev Bank: Key Bank,
represented by Roger Foster with BRS Architects, is requesting conditional use
approval to construct a 5,300-square foot bank facility with drive-up service within
the Eagle Country Plaza Shopping Center. The site is located on the north side of
Chinden Boulevard approximately 300-feet east of Eagle Road at 3314 E. Chinden
Boulevard.
C. CU-23-00 - Public Service Facilitv/Sub- Transmission Line Reconstruction and
Hei2ht Exception Request-Idaho Power: Idaho Power, represented by Layne
Dodson, is requesting conditional use approval for a height exception request and for
the reconstruction, upgrade, and re-routing of an existing 69kV power line to
accommodate a 138kV sub-transmission line and placement of existing distribution
lines underground. The new line will replace a portion of the existing facility which
generally extends from the Eagle Substation (located on the south side of State Street

NEW BUSINESS:
A. V AC-8-00 - Vacation to the final plat of Crei2hton Heiehts Subdivision -
ALSAM Trust: ALSAM Trust, represented by Givens Pursley LLC, is requesting
City approval to vacate a Y2 street section of right-of-way together with all utility
easements within the right-of-way and the adjoining lO-foot wide utility easement
abutting said right-of-way from the final plat of Creighton Heights Subdivision. The
30-foot wide x 600-foot long (approximate) right-of-way is located on the western
boundary line of Lot 1, Block 1 of Creighton Heights Subdivision, approximately
2,378-feet north of Meridian Road on Clearvue Road.
