PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. RZ-18-00 - Rezone from R-4 to MU - Brenden Clements: Brenden Clements,
represented by James Gipson, is requesting a rezone from R-4 (Residential up to four
dwelling units per acre) to MU (Mixed Use). The 1.60-acre site is located on the
southwest comer of North Eagle Road and Floating Feather Road at 1177 North Eagle
Road. (This item was continued from January 16,2001 Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting)
B. PPUD-8-00/CU-21-00 - Camille Beckman Mixed Use Planned Unit
Development- Susan & Foad Roehani: Camille Beckman, represented by Chris
Korte with Land Dynamics, is requesting planned unit development, preliminary
development plan and conditional use approval for a multi-phased mixed use planned
unit development with uses such as manufacturing and office facilities, gardens,
shops, an Art Gallery, Bed & Breakfast and associated facilities. The 33-acre site is
located on the south side of State Highway 44 and east of the intersection with Park
