RZ-I0-00- Rezone from A-R to R-I-DA for West Valley Baptist Church - West Valley Baptist Church: West Valley Baptist Church, represented by Mark Butler with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting a rezone from A-R (Agriculture-Residential) to R-1-DA (Residential-one unit per acre with development agreement) The site is located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately 800-feet east of Park Lane at 3702 West State Street.
