CONSENT AGENDA:
. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a
Commissioner, member of City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed
from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda
will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of
Order.
. Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the
City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's

A. RZ-I0-00- Rezone from A-R to R-I-DA for West Valley Baptist Church - West
Valley Baptist Church: West Valley Baptist Church, represented by Mark Butler
with Land Consultants Inc., is requesting a rezone from A-R (Agriculture-Residential)
to R-1-DA (Residential-one unit per acre with development agreement) The site is
located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately 800-feet east of Park
Lane at 3702 West State Street.
B. ~O-OO -West Valley Bapti&Qturch and a 50-foot hi2h tower - West Valley
Baptist Church: West Valley Baptist Church, represented by Mark Butler with Land
Consultants Inc., is requesting a conditional use for a church and a 50-foot high tower
for a cross. The site is located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately
800-feet east of Park Lane at 3702 West State Street.

A. ~1-00 - ~ezone from R-4 to CBD - Robert Runyan: Robert Runyan is
requesting a rezone from R-4 (Residential) to CBD (Central Business District). The
0.18-acre site is located on the east side of Park Road approximately 200-feet north of
State Street at 74 Park Road.
B. RZ-12-00 - Rezone from A (A2ricu~A (Mixed Use - with
~opment A2reement) - Coulter Properties LLC: Coulter Properties LLC,

acre site is located on the west side of Edgewood Lane approximately 2,000-feet north of
East State Street.
C. CU-12-0~ev SQuare Shoppin2 Center - Coulter Properties LLC: Coulter
Properties LLC, represented by Tom Bauwens with the Dakota Company Inc., is
requesting conditional use approval for Trolley Square Shopping Center. The 26.9-
acre, 23-lot commercial shopping center is located on the north side of State Street
approximately 100-feet east of Palmetto Avenue.
D. PP-12-00 -Trolley SQuare Subdivision - Coulter Properties LLC: Coulter
Properties LLC, represented by Tom Bauwens with the Dakota Company Inc., is
requesting preliminary plat approval for Trolley Square Subdivision, a 26.9-acre, 23-
lot commercial subdivision. The site is located on the north side of State Street
approximately lOa-feet east of Palmetto A venue.
E. IT.,UD- 7-0Q/CU-14-00 - Retail Development of North America Shoppin2 Center:
Retail Development of North America, represented by Billy Ray Strite with BRS
Architects, is requesting preliminary development plan and conditional use approval
for a seven-pad site office/retail shopping center. The 6.24-acre site is located at 3001
E. State Street (located on the southeast corner of State Highway 44 and State
Highway 55 extended).
